This quote/meme is a reminder that there is no reason to worry if you can’t control what you are stressing about.
Also, there is no reason to worry if you can do something about it. So, that leaves out everything and you have no reason to stress or worry. Acceptance helps a lot too.
This stress quote reminds me of the ‘time and money’ quote over here.
Remind yourself is this going to matter fifteen minutes from now? Is it going to matter a day from now? Etc.
It’s just a bad day and don’t let it ruin your entire life. Do not be one of those people that wronged you over 20 years ago and still are upset about it. It’s not worth it!
The bad day won’t last long anyway.
