All-in-all if you get rid of expectations you will never be disappointed but do not follow the self-destructive guideline that some people follow. “Expect the worst and you will never be disappointed.” This is a horrible way to look at life and will only attract the negative into your life. Needless to say every person I know that follows that philosophy are miserable and are not happy with their lives.
